PHIL 492 in the UH Manoa College of Education

For the first time in the history of philosophy for children Hawai'i, the introduction to p4cHI course titled, Philosophy with Children (PHIL 492) has been included in the UH MAnoa College of Education (COE) Undergraduate Degree Program. Currently, members of the Uehiro Academy are teaching four different sections of PHIL 492 in the COE, and there are over eighty elementary/early education pre-service teachers who are participating in the course as part of the regular coursework for their teacher preparations programs.
